Thank you for taking a few minutes of your time to read our introduction.  We are a property cleanup service [aka field services and/or property preservation] and offer a competitive basic flat rate package to provide you with options for REO and pre-sale properties.  Here are some examples of what we do:

·         REO Properties:          Interior & exterior trashout and cleanup of foreclosed and abandoned properties, including 1,600 sf house, ¼ acre yard, 12 cubic yards of debris removal for a flat rate of $800.  We can also do boardups, vehicle & vessel removal, lock changes, and minor repairs.

·         Post-Tenant Cleanup:        Once the eviction process has been completed and the tenant has vacated, we can cleanup, box-up, and relocate the tenant’s property to the storage facility of your choice for safekeeping until the tenant responds.  Or, if the tenant fails to respond, we can do the property cleanup and personal property disposal instead.  Our basic $800 package would cover either scenario and your property will be in rentable condition.

·         Homeowners:    If you’re ready to put your empty house on the market but need help cleaning up, we provide basic janitorial, debris removal and haul off, and lawn care services to prepare your property for prospective buyers.

·         Scheduled Maintenance:       It’s important to note that we are not your ordinary housekeeping or landscaping service for owner- or tenant-occupied properties.  But we can provide janitorial refresh services and lawn care maintenance to keep unoccupied properties in clean and show condition.

Interior cleanup includes:     Bathrooms, kitchens [including appliances], fireplaces [chimney sweep excluded], ceiling fans & light fixtures, upper & lower level windows and window sills/baseboard, laundry rooms, closets, and all other common living areas and garage [cleared out and swept clean].  We vacuum carpets and mop floors but steam cleaning & waxing are excluded from the janitorial packages.

Exterior cleanup includes:    Grass cut, shrub trim, weed-eating, raking, and edging of sidewalks and driveways.  We will include low hanging tree branches up to 3” in diameter but a heavy duty tree trim would incur an additional charge.  Yard debris removal is included in the 12 cy haul-off.
