Clients: To request an estimate or initial service on a property, all you need to do is send an e-mail to aplus.clientmail@gmail.com with the property address, lockbox code, and the service you need. Be sure to include your complete contact information, including address & phone number. If you need to have the property ID on the estimate, be sure to put it in your e-mail.
There is no charge for estimates. We'll send it to you in PDF format and will include detailed inspection photos in a resized, zipped file.
We stock locks, padlocks, window locks, and lockboxes. If you need a lock change when we visit the property for your photo inspection & trashout estimate, just let us know whether it's one door or all doors, what key code is required, whether pool gates and/or garage doors need padlocks, and if you need a lockbox installed.
Our cameras have date stamp capabilities. We date stamp our photos but if you have no desire for this feature, please let us know before we do our photo inspection.
Most of our vendors use GPS units so that, if you call us when we're out of the office, we can locate your properties while in the field and schedule time for your bids & lock changes accordingly.
