All REO Preservation has an established fee-based [hands on] training program.  Recommended training is 3 days. 
 
If you already have jobs lined up in your area, we can come to you.  We can train an entire crew at one time or we can do it one on one. 
 
We can also train you here in California on our jobs.

If you bring your laptop and have Quickbooks Pro already loaded, we'll also show you how to set your clients up to track the job profit & loss.

NOTE:  Not every state will have the same cost allowances for property preservation work.  Laws are different in each state, too, regarding personal property.

All REO Preservation is not a job placement agency and DOES NOT:

  • Offer training via e-mail, website, or by phone
  • Give anyone our client list or contact info for the banks [Please do not ask]
  • Guarantee you'll be working with us after the training
  • Guarantee that you'll have work available in your state
  • Guarantee your business will be a success ~ that's up to you

I highly recommend to those wishing startup training to visit the forum first, then e-mail me rather than call.  There are things I'm going to need from you in writing because I can't possibly remember everyone I talk to.

In some cases, I may not be able to respond to e-mails the minute, or even the day I receive them, due to my current work load.  Please be patient.

This is what we need:

  • Your STATE in the subject line, Including the words "experienced vendor" or "vendor startup" or "training request"
  • If you're experienced, send 2 job photo files with your e-mail.  If you're new, you don't need to send anything
  • Contact Information, such as phone, alternate phone.  Be sure to include your full name and, if you have one, your company name
  • The area you want to cover, including county, city, and zip code

Policy regarding fees:  All fees are payable in advance.  But, PLEASE don't send them until we're ready for you.  Fees are non-refundable but can be applied to future classes.
